Client list
Each potential client is listed under a collapsible “bucket” depending on their status.
User has the ability to change the status of a client or add a new one.
The report can be easily accessed for each client and start a new mystery call for that client.
Client details
User can view all details about a client including their scorecard and mystery calls.
User can edit client information, view report or start a call for the selected client.
Call details
Used by a caller during a call to record the results.
Edit call details
Call details can be edited to add more details of the call.
Scorecard
Client scorecards are presented to an potential client and populated with results from the calls.
